Job Description

We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Specialist 3+ Years Experience

Digital Marketing Specialist

What You’ll Do:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
Manage SEO/SEM strategies and drive organic growth through keyword research, link building, and content coordination.
Analyze performance data (Google Analytics, GA4, HubSpot, etc.) and report on KPIs.
Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align messaging and goals.
Manage email marketing campaigns and automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).

What You Bring:

3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
Deep knowledge of paid media, SEO, email marketing, and analytics.
Experience using platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4, and CMS tools (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn numbers into insights.
Excellent written communication and project management skills.

Bonus Points For:

Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Hotjar.
