Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns with a strong focus on performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid media strategies, analytics, and creative optimization to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing and performance marketing strategies to drive qualified traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Plan and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other paid campaigns focused on ROI and CPL targets.
  • Execute and monitor performance marketing campaigns — from audience targeting, bidding strategies, and A/B testing to conversion tracking and reporting.
  • Manage and improve SEO and SEM efforts to boost organic visibility and search performance.
  • Oversee social media marketing, including content planning, audience engagement, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and retargeting strategies.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with brand objectives and business goals.
  • Stay current with digital trends, advertising technologies, and algorithm updates to maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital and performance marketing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics/reporting tools.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, creative, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with YouTube Ads, Programmatic Ads, or Display Networks.
  • Familiarity with landing page builders (Unbounce, Webflow, or WordPress).
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
