Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing design expertise across digital and print media, with the ability to translate brand strategy into impactful visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs for digital, print, and social media.
• Design marketing materials including brochures, banners, social media posts, presentations, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to create cohesive brand visuals.
• Ensure design consistency across all channels in line with brand guidelines.
• Work on UI/UX elements, website graphics, and digital campaigns where required.
• Prepare final artwork for print and digital delivery ensuring high-quality output.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional design experience in an agency or in-house design team.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to think visually.
• Good communication and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in UI/UX or social media design.
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design tools.
• Basic understanding of branding and marketing principles.
• Ability to adapt designs for different platforms and audiences.
