Role Overview

We are seeking a well-presented, experienced, and confident female Digital Marketing Specialist capable of managing the full digital execution cycle with professionalism and independence.

The role involves:

• Social media content & calendars
• Creative reels & short-form video execution
• SEO & blog optimization
• Basic Meta & Google ads management
• Influencer coordination
• Client communication
• Reporting & analytics

This position is ideal for someone who delivers with precision, discipline, and accountability, and can communicate clearly with corporate and high-value clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Manage Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars
• Publish 15–30 posts/month
• Write high-quality captions & hashtags
• Maintain aesthetic and brand consistency

2. Reels & Video Editing

• Edit 4–15 reels/month
• Trend-based concept creation
• Use CapCut / VN / Adobe tools
• Add transitions, subtitles, visual effects

3. SEO & Content

• On-page SEO (metadata, keywords, alt tags, formatting)
• Upload & optimize 1–3 blogs/month
• Handle Google Business Profile updates

4. Paid Advertising (Meta & Google)

• Run basic Meta Ads campaigns
• Run Google Ads (search/display basics)
• Monitor CPC, CPM, CTR & campaign performance
• Generate monthly ads summary

5. Influencer Marketing

• Shortlist nano/micro influencers
• Negotiate deliverables & timelines
• Approve content & track deliverables
• Maintain performance reports

6. Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare monthly analytics dashboards
• Competitor and audience analysis
• Insights on content performance
• Recommendations for improvement

7. Client Communication

• Join client update/review calls
• Present monthly reports professionally
• Handle revisions and approvals
• Maintain corporate-standard communication

Required Skills & CompetenciesMandatory

• 1–3 years experience in digital marketing
• Excellent spoken & written English
• Professional communication skills for corporate clients
• Social media management expertise
• Reel editing skills (CapCut/VN/Adobe)
• SEO fundamentals
• Basic Meta Ads experience
• Influencer coordination experience
• Strong follow-up, organization & time management
• Canva proficiency

Preferred

• Adobe Photoshop / Premiere Pro
• Google Ads (intermediate)
• CRM (HubSpot/Zoho)
• WhatsApp automation
• Understanding of UGC content
