Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in online advertising and lead generation. The ideal candidate must have 2+ years of experience in running performance-driven ad campaigns and generating qualified leads. Experience in the real estate industry will be considered a strong advantage. The candidate should be creative, analytical, and capable of delivering measurable results. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and others. Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive high-quality inquiries. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, CRM reports). Optimize campaigns to meet ROI, CPL, and conversion targets. Create compelling ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and lead magnets. Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and improve funnel performance. Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify growth opportunities. Manage digital marketing budgets and maintain transparent reporting. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and lead generation. Preferred Qualifications Real estate marketing experience is a major plus. Knowledge of SEO, email automation, and content marketing. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects. Proven experience managing successful ad campaigns with strong results. Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads , and other paid media platforms. Expertise in lead generation, conversion optimization, and audience targeting . Experience with tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
