Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in online advertising and lead generation. The ideal candidate must have 2+ years of experience in running performance-driven ad campaigns and generating qualified leads. Experience in the real estate industry will be considered a strong advantage. The candidate should be creative, analytical, and capable of delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and others.
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive high-quality inquiries.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, CRM reports).
• Optimize campaigns to meet ROI, CPL, and conversion targets.
• Create compelling ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and lead magnets.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and improve funnel performance.
• Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and maintain transparent reporting.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and lead generation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Real estate marketing experience is a major plus.
• Knowledge of SEO, email automation, and content marketing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Proven experience managing successful ad campaigns with strong results.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms.
• Expertise in lead generation, conversion optimization, and audience targeting.
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
