Job Title: Digital Marketing & Creative Executive

Location: Besant Nagar, Chennai

Work Mode: Work from Office

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Gender Preference: Male Candidate

About the Role

We are seeking a resourceful and creative Digital Marketing & Creative Executive who can independently drive the digital presence of Exxelo Business Consulting. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role where the candidate is responsible for taking every task from scratch to successful execution. The role directly reports to the Directors of the company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Design & Visual Content

• Prepare posters, creatives, and digital assets for social media and WhatsApp.
• Use Canva (provided by the company) or advanced tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Ensure every creative is visually appealing, brand-aligned, and professional.
• Share designs with the management for review and approval before publishing.

2. Social Media Management

• Post content across company pages (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Develop engaging captions, content, hashtags, and call-to-actions.
• Ensure consistency, frequency, and audience engagement.
• Monitor performance and propose improvements.

3. Pitch Deck & Presentation Creation

• Prepare training, recruitment, and business consulting pitch decks.
• Customise proposals based on client requirements and incoming enquiries.
• Maintain a library of templates and ready-to-use materials.

4. Email & WhatsApp Marketing

• Design and send e-newsletters to the email database provided by the company.
• Coordinate with WhatsApp marketing platforms or vendors to send
• informational messages.
• Maintain databases and track performance metrics.

5. Digital Marketing Calendar

• Plan monthly content calendars for:

O Social media

O E-newsletters

O WhatsApp marketing

• Ensure timely execution of all planned activities.

6. Brand Presence & Engagement

• Strengthen and maintain a strong digital brand presence for Exxelo.
• Engage with the audience through meaningful content and interactions.
• Support internal teams with marketing materials when required.

Role Nature

• Individual Contributor Role: The candidate must independently plan, execute, post, coordinate, and deliver all digital activities.
• Full Ownership: From idea to executiondesign, content, posting, tracking, and reporting remain the candidate’s responsibility.
• Reporting: The position directly reports to the Directors of the company.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or content creation.
• Strong proficiency in Canva; knowledge of Photoshop or similar tools preferred.
• Ability to write clean, engaging content.
• Good command of English (written & verbal).
• Strong presentation-building skills (PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides).
• Knowledge of digital engagement and marketing trends.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• High creativity, attention to detail, and accountability.
