We are a boutique UX/UI design studio helping SaaS, fintech, and product-led companies build digital experiences. We’ve worked with global startups and growing brands to improve conversion, retention, and user journeys. Now, we’re scaling our growth efforts, and we’re hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist (Growth) who can take ownership of demand generation, lead nurturing, and content execution to fuel our business pipeline.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

growth marketing + business development

Demand Generation & Outreach

• Research and identify high-potential SaaS and product-led startups
• Execute outbound campaigns via email + LinkedIn
• Manage CRM and ensure consistent follow-ups

Content & Brand Building

• Support content planning, distribution and analytics
• Work with design + leadership to repurpose case studies & UX insights
• Track competitor content + market positioning

Marketing Operations

• Optimize lead tracking workflows and automations
• Experiment with new channels, tools, and outreach angles
• Analyze data to improve campaign performance

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

• 1–3 years experience in digital marketing, growth, or business development (preferably in B2B/SaaS or agency environment)
• Strong communication skills — written and verbal
• Comfortable with CRM tools, LinkedIn, outreach tools, and analytics dashboards
• Process-driven, curious, proactive, and eager to experiment
• Passion for SaaS, product design, and startup ecosystems
