What You’ll Do

blend of design and business exposure

• Work on

  UI/UX design

  : wireframes, prototypes, and design systems in Figma
• Learn to connect design decisions with

  business outcomes

  (conversion, retention, usability)
• Support

  competitive research & product strategy

  for SaaS and eCom projects
• Get hands-on with

  client interactions, presentations, and feedback loops

• Explore

  new tools & technologies

  (Webflow, Framer, AI, automation)
• Assist in

  business-building tasks

  : process design, content drafts, basic ops, and more
• Contribute to our studio’s growth, beyond just design delivery

What We’re Looking For

• A

  Fresher

  (design/tech/business background, or even self-taught)
• Solid basics in

  UI/UX design

  (Figma a must)
• A curiosity for

  business fundamentals

  , you don’t need to know everything, but you’re eager to learn how businesses actually run and grow
• Sharp communication skills—able to articulate ideas simply
• Hunger to learn

  new tech

  (AI tools, no-code, SaaS products)
• A

  generalist mindset

  : open to wearing multiple hats (design, research, business ops, content)
