About the Role:


Forsys is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support our Marketing Manager in executing high-impact campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and inbound leads.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role — perfect for someone early in their marketing career who wants to learn fast, work closely with senior leadership, and grow into a more strategic position over time. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day campaign operations across LinkedIn, email, and digital channels, ensuring that every initiative contributes meaningfully to pipeline growth and brand visibility.


Key Responsibilities


1. Campaign Execution

Execute digital and email campaigns designed by the Marketing Manager — from setup to tracking and reporting.

Manage campaign assets and coordinate with design/content teams.

Maintain dashboards to track campaign KPIs such as impressions, engagement, click-throughs, leads generated, and ROI.

Share regular updates with the Marketing Manager and stakeholders to help refine campaign strategy based on performance data.

2. Social Media Marketing

Own Forsys’s LinkedIn presence, including scheduling and posting content, managing engagement, and supporting employee advocacy.

Work with the content and UX teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all social platforms.

3. Event Support

Handle all digital marketing activities related to events and conferences — including invite campaigns, reminder sequences, thank-you follow-ups, and post-event engagement.

Work with internal teams and vendors to ensure brand consistency across event promotions and collateral.


Requirements:

MBA or postgraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or campaign execution, preferably in a B2B or technology environment.

Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Mailchimp, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a plus.

Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and experiment.

Proactive, organized, and passionate about growing into a strategic marketing role over time.
