Job Description

Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic and paid visibility.
Create and manage content for social media platforms, websites, and email campaigns.
Analyze digital performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Work with creative teams to design engaging visuals and ad copies.
Monitor competitors’ digital strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm updates, and new digital tools.
Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication.
3–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC campaigns, and social media marketing.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and Mailchimp.
Strong communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
