Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

- Social Media Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for LinkedIn and Instagram, including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement.
- Content Creation: Design and create high-quality visual and written content that showcases DILO's products and expertise in SF6 gas handling solutions.- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote DILO's products, increase brand awareness, and drive website traffic.- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.- Community Engagement: Respond to comments and messages on social media, fostering a positive brand image and building relationships with customers and partners.

Deliverables:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop a comprehensive social media strategy document outlining goals, objectives, and tactics for LinkedIn and Instagram.- Content Calendar: Create a content calendar that ensures consistent posting and engagement on social media.- Campaign Reports: Provide regular reports on social media campaign performance, including metrics such as engagement rates, website traffic, and lead generation.- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all social media content aligns with DILO's brand guidelines and messaging.

Requirements:

- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media marketing.
- Skills: Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), content creation, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).- Knowledge: Understanding of SF6 gas handling solutions or industrial products is a plus.- Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German language skills are desirable but not mandatory.
