Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for executing and optimizing marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing (SMM), Paid Advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC), and Analytics. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical abilities who can confidently present insights to both upper management and clients. The ideal candidate will be a team player, a strategic planner, and an innovative problem-solver who can help drive growth for both Company and its clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO & Website Optimization
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and on-page/off-page optimization.
- Monitor and analyse website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
2. Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Create and execute targeted social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Monitor engagement, analyse trends, and optimize content strategy based on performance metrics.
- Develop social media calendars, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
3. Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), PPC, and LinkedIn Ads to drive ROI.
- Develop budget-friendly ad campaigns that generate quality leads and conversions.
- Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bid strategies to improve performance.
- Ensure paid campaigns align with overall marketing objectives and audience segmentation.
4. Data Analytics & Reporting
- Track and measure the success of marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other reporting tools.
- Generate detailed reports and actionable insights for both internal teams and clients.
- Present growth reports and marketing performance updates to management and clients confidently.
5. Strategy & Client Management
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and create customized digital marketing strategies.
- Communicate directly with clients, presenting campaign performance and marketing insights.
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and incorporate innovative strategies into campaigns.
6. Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with designers, content creators, and developers to execute marketing initiatives.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, ensuring smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to develop fresh ideas for clients and internal projects.
7. Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- SEO Performance: Increase organic website traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Social Media Engagement: Boost follower count, engagement rates, and brand presence.
- Paid Ad ROI: Optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and PPC campaigns to improve conversion rates and lower acquisition costs.
- Client Retention & Growth: Ensure high client satisfaction by delivering measurable marketing success.
- Reporting & Insights: Provide clear, actionable reports that demonstrate growth and performance improvements.
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Meta Ads, PPC, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Ability to create engaging ad copies and work with creative teams to develop high-performing assets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client and team interactions.
- Experience handling multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and ensuring smooth execution.
