Qualifications and Skills: 1-3 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing & SEO. Hands-on Experience in Off Page + On Page + Technical SEO Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and PPC campaign optimization. Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Ubersuggest. Proficiency in Google Analytics, GA4, and Google Tag Manager for tracking and insights. Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing. Familiarity with website structures, HTML, and CMS platforms (Custom, WordPress, Shopify, etc.). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data-driven insights and trends. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Past Work (portfolio of any previous ad campaigns and SEO projects is highly preferred). Key Responsibilities: Performance Marketing (PPC & Paid Ads) Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, create, and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other paid campaigns. Implement bidding strategies and audience targeting to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and call-to-actions (CTAs) for better conversion rates. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and bounce rates to make data-driven decisions. Track conversion goals using Google Analytics, GA4, and Google Tag Manager (GTM). SEO (Search Engine Optimization) On-Page & Technical SEO Optimization: Optimize website meta tags, URLs, headings, and internal linking for search visibility. Improve site speed, mobile-friendliness, and Core Web Vitals for better rankings. Keyword Research & Content Strategy: Conduct keyword research using Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz to identify high-potential keywords. Optimize website content for search intent and organic growth.
