We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to help our marketing and HR team. You’ll be the bridge between Marketing and HR, owning the digital campaign. Your main task will be to run marketing campaigns and sourcing campaigns across Facebook,Insta,Reddit, Discord, GitHub, LinkedIn and other social platform and niche tech communities. You’ll research communities, craft posts, run campaigns, track responses, follow up . If you love community‑led growth, OSINT‑style research, this role is for you.
Qualifications
Understanding and experience of digital marketing
Planed & run and Monitored campaigns across Facebook,Instagram,Reddit, Discord, GitHub, LinkedIn and other social platform.
Lead handling & follow‑ups: Own the top of funnel—track replies, qualify interest, route to the right owner.
Nice to have awareness of Reddit,
Nice to have awareness of Discord,
Nice to have awareness of GitHub,
Nice to have awareness of LinkedIn .
Nice to have AI capabilities,.
