Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The role involves managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, developing strategies to increase online engagement, and analyzing performance using web analytics.
You must be able to work efficiently, think creatively, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced industry.
Job Responsibilities
* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive leads, sales, and brand awareness.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
* Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven campaigns with strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
* Manage and optimize company websites for content quality, design, and user experience.
* Plan, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms.
* Monitor engagement, track growth, and implement strategies for better visibility.
* Track and analyze metrics such as traffic, engagement, conversions, and lead quality.
* Provide periodic reports and insights to management or clients.
* Use insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
* Run and optimize paid campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
* Utilize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and additional channels for maximum results.
* Video content planning (concepts, scripts) — video editing not required.
* Work with designers and editors for final deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
* Experience planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
* Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and analytics tools.
* Familiarity with CRM systems, automation, and reporting tools.
* Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
