Job Description

We are looking for a performance-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to grow our e-commerce platform that sells electronic appliances. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving brand visibility, generating high-intent leads, increasing website traffic, and driving conversions. The role requires strong expertise in SEO, social media marketing, paid promotions, content strategy, and e-commerce growth tactics.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Website Optimization

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.

Improve website ranking through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

Optimize product listings, category pages, and landing pages for search visibility.

Build effective backlink strategies to boost domain authority.

Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube).

Optimize ad budgets, targeting, creatives, and campaign structure for maximum ROI.

Build conversion funnels for high-ticket electronic appliances.

Drive measurable growth in leads, sales, and repeat customers.

Work with design and content teams for engaging creatives, banners, landing pages.

Social Media & Content Management

Manage brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Create content calendars, reels, posts, and promotional campaigns.

Develop the digital brand voice and improve customer engagement.

Run influencer outreach and collaborations as required.

E-commerce Growth & Product Image Building

Improve product pages with better descriptions, images, USPs, and comparison charts.

Monitor customer behavior and improve user experience for better conversions.

Identify new trends, seasonal opportunities, and promotional angles.

Reporting & Insights

Track KPIs such as traffic, impressions, conversions, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and leads.

Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.

Suggest strategic improvements based on data insights.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience (2–5+ years) in SEO and digital marketing for e-commerce brands.

Strong understanding of performance marketing tools and analytics.

Experience in social media management and brand building.

Ability to create data-backed marketing strategies.

Hands-on knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz.

Basic understanding of how e-commerce websites function (product listings, content updates, category management). Prior experience with any e-commerce system is a plus.

Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

Experience in electronics or home appliance category.

Creative mindset for product shoots, ad concepts, and promotional campaigns.

Ability to work with designers, video editors, and external agencies.

Understanding of lead-generation funnels and remarketing strategies.
