Digital Marketing Specialist

This role blends creativity with analytics — from crafting impactful content to driving engagement through social, email, and performance campaigns.

Job Location : Gurugram (WFO)

Key Responsibilities:

Content & SEO

Create and manage both long-form (blogs, case studies, guides) and short-form (social posts, ad copies, emails) content.
Maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing objectives and business priorities.
Ensure all content reflects brand voice, positioning, and tonality.
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies.
Optimize web content and metadata to improve rankings and visibility.

Digital Marketing & Analytics

Support campaigns with keyword and copy inputs.
Contribute to social media and email marketing strategies.
Build and optimize lead-generation funnels using SEO-driven insights.
Measure performance and share data-backed recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

3–5 years’ experience in content writing, SEO, and digital marketing.
Proven experience in B2B/B2C content creation and optimization.
Strong command of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console).
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress/Webflow) and digital marketing basics (PPC, email, social).
