Job Description

Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Zirakpur
Employment Type: Full-Time
Department: Marketing

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Manage and optimize paid media budgets to maximize ROI.
Develop engaging content and creatives aligned with brand tone and campaign goals.
Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies to increase organic reach and engagement.
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Search Console.
Collaborate with design and web teams to improve landing pages and conversion funnels.
Conduct competitor research and market trend analysis.
Manage social media calendars, influencer collaborations, and online community engagement.
Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and data-driven recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.), and analytics platforms.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, keyword optimization, and A/B testing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
