Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. - Assist new customers with onboarding, documentation, and account setup. - Address client queries, complaints, and service requirements promptly. - Provide regular updates on products, services, and account status. Sales & Business Development: - Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities. - Promote banking/financial products (loans, investments, insurance, accounts, etc.) based on customer needs. - Meet monthly/quarterly sales and relationship targets. - Maintain proper follow-up and conversion tracking. Portfolio & Account Management: - Support in analyzing customer profiles to recommend suitable products. - Cross-sell and upsell products to increase client value. - Monitor client accounts to ensure activity, retention, and satisfaction. Documentation & Compliance: - Ensure all customer documents are collected, verified, and compliant with regulatory guidelines. - Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow company policies. - Coordinate with internal teams (operations, compliance, credit) for smooth client servicing. Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build trust and rapport with customers. - Basic understanding of financial products (savings, loans, investments, insurance). - Problem-solving skills with a client-first approach. - Good organizational and follow-up abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage. Education Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or related field. - Freshers with internships in banking/finance are encouraged to apply. - NISM / IRDA certifications (optional but advantageous).
