Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from leads/inquiries. Provide detailed information about courses, fees, duration, and admission procedures. Handle inbound admission inquiries with professionalism and accuracy. Counsel students to help them choose the right program based on their interests and career goals. Follow up with interested candidates and maintain proper records of communication. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for inquiries and admissions. Coordinate with the admissions team for scheduling counseling sessions, campus visits, or online meetings. Build positive relationships to create trust and encourage enrollments.
Handle inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, walk-ins, and social media. Counsel students regarding course selection, eligibility, career options, and admission procedures. Maintain follow-ups with potential students to ensure conversions and timely admissions. Conduct presentations, seminars, and counseling sessions in schools, colleges, and events. Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities and lead generation. Manage the end-to-end admission process — from inquiry to enrollment. Maintain accurate student records and prepare daily/weekly admission reports. Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.
