Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, results-driven

Digital Marketing Specialist

to plan, manage and grow our brand presence online. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across Strategy building for multiple digital channels and a strong ability to design and execute innovative digital marketing campaign that drive brand awareness, client engagement, lead generation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy deign, Plan, Execute, and manage digital marketing (SEO, AEO, GEO, SMM) across platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, Email Marketing, etc.)
  • Manage and optimize company websites pages, and SEO/SEM strategies for improvement relevant.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on key metrics to measure campaign success (SERP, ROI, CPL, CTR, etc.).
  • Create engaging, high-quality digital content including graphics, videos, and written copy.
  • Plan and execute brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Management, Sales) to align marketing strategies as per business objective.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing world and relevant technologies.

Required Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools like AEO, GEO, Google Analytics, GSC, GTM, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz), HubSpot, and social media ad managers.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, AEO, GEO, SMM, email marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Strong copywriting, content creation, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress is a plus.
