About the Role:

Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across

    Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms

    .
  • Manage SEO/SEM strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
  • Create, monitor, and optimize

    PPC campaigns

    to maximize ROI.
  • Plan and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and leads.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics using

    Google Analytics, Search Console, and other analytics tools

    .
  • Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to align campaigns with brand objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest

    digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

    .

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience

    in digital marketing (agency or in-house).
  • Hands-on experience with

    SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other marketing tools

    .
  • Experience in

    content marketing and lead generation strategies

    .
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience with

    WordPress/Shopify websites

    .
  • Knowledge of

    email marketing tools

    (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Familiarity with

    graphic design tools

    (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) for basic creatives.
  • Certifications in

    Google Ads, Analytics, or HubSpot

    are a plus.
