Position Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Expert who will drive our digital growth through innovative online strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies, analyzing digital trends and data, managing campaigns, and optimizing SEO across websites and social platforms.

*Bonus: Preference will be given to a female candidate who enjoys creating videos for social media content.*

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement creative social media strategies aligned with business goals.

Plan, schedule, and manage content across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).

Identify trending topics, formats, and engagement opportunities.

Campaign Management

Plan and run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, reach, and conversions.

Track, measure, and report campaign performance.

SEO & Web Presence

Optimize website and landing pages for search engines.

Improve rankings, organic traffic, and visibility across digital platforms.

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.

Data & Analytics

Monitor digital performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights.

Prepare monthly reports and growth strategies.

Content & Creativity

Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce engaging posts, reels, and stories.

(Plus point) Be comfortable in front of the camera and create short-form video content.

Ensure brand voice and consistency across all channels.

Requirements

Proven experience (1–3 years) in digital marketing and social media management.

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising.

Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Video creation/presentation skills will be a strong advantage.
