Job Title: Digital Marketing Trainer & Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Trainer & Specialist who can both train students/professionals in digital marketing concepts and execute real-time digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in SEO, SEM, Social Media, Google Ads, Content Marketing, and Analytics, along with excellent presentation and mentoring skills.

Key Responsibilities

Training Responsibilities:

  • Conduct classroom/online training sessions on Digital Marketing modules (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Analytics, etc.).
  • Prepare training materials, assignments, case studies, and live project demonstrations.
  • Assess trainees’ performance through tests, projects, and feedback sessions.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools to keep training content relevant.
  • Guide students/professionals in building digital portfolios and career readiness.

Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and manage live digital marketing campaigns for the company/clients.
  • Perform SEO audits, keyword research, and website optimization.
  • Manage social media accounts and paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and business teams for campaign execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Trainer or Specialist (2–5 years).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, or Analytics.
  • Experience in content creation, blogging, or video tutorials.
  • Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools.
  • Experience in handling agency or client projects.

Compensation

  • Competitive salary + incentives (performance & training batch-based).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
