Digital Marketing Specialist

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in an agency environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, WordPress, e-commerce, WhatsApp marketing, and email marketing. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and conversions for our clients and internal projects.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SMM, paid ads, and other channels✔ Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other paid campaigns to meet client goals✔ Conduct keyword research, content optimization, and on-page/off-page SEO strategies✔ Create and manage social media content and engagement strategies✔ Handle WordPress websites, including content updates, plugins, and performance optimization✔ Implement e-commerce marketing strategies and assist in product listing and optimization✔ Run targeted WhatsApp marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement✔ Design and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows✔ Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Ads Manager✔ Collaborate with creative teams to develop content aligned with marketing goals✔ Maintain and build relationships with clients, providing timely updates and recommendations✔ Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist in an agency setting✔ Strong expertise in SEO, social media marketing (SMM), and paid advertising (PPC)✔ Hands-on experience with WordPress website management and optimization✔ Experience with e-commerce platforms and online product marketing✔ Knowledge of WhatsApp marketing strategies and tools✔ Experience in email marketing, automation, and lead nurturing campaigns✔ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns✔ Excellent communication and client management skills✔ Creative thinking and problem-solving skills✔ Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

Preferred:
✔ Familiarity with CRM tools and customer segmentation✔ Knowledge of graphic design basics for creating ad creatives✔ Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or SEO tools
