Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Client Relationship Manager to join our team. This role involves managing client accounts, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction through effective communication, project coordination, and relationship building. You will be the bridge between our creative teams and clients, ensuring smooth delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions on time.
• Present creative ideas, proposals, and updates to clients.
• Monitor project progress and ensure client satisfaction at every stage.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
• Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (1–3 years) in client relationship management, account management, or similar roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Knowledge of branding, digital marketing, or creative services is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
