Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram).

• Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to refine campaign strategy.

• Set up and monitor conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and event prioritization for effective performance measurement.

• Optimize campaigns based on key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and CPL.

• Create performance reports using Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio dashboards.

• Manage ad budgets to ensure effective pacing, bid optimization, and cost efficiency.

• Collaborate with copywriters and designers to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.

• Identify opportunities for A/B testing (creatives, audiences, placements) to improve campaign performance.

• Present insights, results, and recommendations to clients or internal teams with clarity and strategic direction.

• Troubleshoot issues related to ad performance, disapprovals, or tracking discrepancies.


Required Skills and Qualifications


Technical & Platform Skills

• Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager.

• Knowledge of campaign structure, optimization, and audience targeting techniques.

• Experience in conversion tracking setup using Google Tag Manager and Facebook Events Manager.

• Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, and keyword tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Keyword Planner.

• Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables).

• Optional: Canva or design tool knowledge.


Analytical & Strategic Skills

• Strong understanding of marketing funnels and the digital customer journey.

• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

• Competence with ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and CPL metrics.

• Strategic mindset to forecast and measure the impact of optimization changes.

Creative & Copywriting Skills

• Aptitude for crafting compelling ad copy and evaluating creative performance.

• Understanding of brand voice and campaign tone consistency.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.

• Capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.

• Data-driven decision-making approach with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

• Collaborative mindset when working with cross-functional teams.


Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns (Google & Meta).

• Certifications in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint are preferred.
