AJMS Global is a leading consulting and advisory firm specializing in strategy, fintech, compliance, training, and innovation. We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, email marketing).
• Plan and execute social media and content strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and website.
• Manage the company’s social media presence and grow followers and engagement.
• Run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and track performance.
• Use analytics tools to measure ROI, optimize campaigns, and prepare performance reports.
• Optimize website content for SEO to improve rankings.
• Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.
• Support online branding initiatives, online events/webinars, and lead generation campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for creative assets.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with strong internship experience may apply).
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms, Google Ads, and email marketing tools.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, content creation, and digital analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing trends and digital innovation.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with LinkedIn Ads and B2B campaigns.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
