Country Director

The Director Operations and Business Development will oversee the overall operations of AJMS Group's Mumbai office while driving business growth across India and supporting the UAE head office. The role combines strategic management, operational oversight, and business development to enhance AJMS Group's market presence and performance across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

(1)Operations Management

Manage day-to-day operations of the Mumbai office ensuring efficiency and compliance with group standards.

Oversee administration, HR, and finance functions in coordination with the UAE head office.

Prepare and monitor budgets, performance reports, and operational KPIs.

Ensure timely project execution, quality delivery, and client satisfaction.

(2)Business Development

Promote AJMS Group's services including Advisory, Tax, Technology, GRC, and Management Consultants

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships across India and GCC.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships and drive revenue growth.

Prepare and deliver proposals, bids, and presentations. Represent AJMS Group at client meetings, forums, and professional events.

Group Coordination & Leadership

Serve as the key liaison between the Mumbai office and the UAE headquarters.

Align local strategies and operations with group objectives and business plans.

Lead, mentor, and manage the Mumbai team to achieve business and operational targets.

Support Group leadership in implementing strategic initiatives and performance improvement.

Qualifications

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

7-10 years of relevant experience in operations, business development, or management within consulting, professional services, or financial sectors.

Strong business acumen and leadership capabilities.

Proven record of operational excellence and business growth.
