Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, email marketing). Plan and execute social media and content strategies aligned with business goals. Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and website. Manage the company’s social media presence and grow followers and engagement. Run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and track performance. Use analytics tools to measure ROI, optimize campaigns, and prepare performance reports. Optimize website content for SEO to improve rankings. Monitor website performance and recommend improvements. Support online branding initiatives, online events/webinars, and lead generation campaigns. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for creative assets. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with strong internship experience may apply). Hands-on experience with social media platforms, Google Ads, and email marketing tools. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, content creation, and digital analytics. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with a passion for marketing trends and digital innovation. Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Experience with LinkedIn Ads and B2B campaigns.
