Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities


🧠 Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and run performance-driven campaigns across 

    Google Ads

    LinkedIn

    , and 

    Meta

  • Set and achieve 

    ROAS

     and 

    CPL

     goals
  • A/B test 

    creatives

    copy

    , and 

    audience segments

     to optimize results


🔍 SEO & Web Optimization

  • Conduct technical and on-page SEO audits
  • Optimize website content, structure, and performance for search visibility
  • Track keyword rankings, backlinks, and Core Web Vitals


💌 Email Marketing & Automation

  • Manage and execute campaigns via 

    Mailchimp

    HubSpot

    , or 

    Brevo

  • Segment lists, build workflows, and nurture leads through automated journeys
  • Analyze open rates, CTR, and lead quality for continuous improvement


📝 Content Distribution & Analytics

  • Collaborate with content writers to distribute blog posts, case studies, and newsletters
  • Publish and track content on LinkedIn, Twitter, and niche communities
  • Monitor 

    Google Analytics

    Search Console

    , and campaign dashboards


👥 CRM & Lead Management

  • Sync marketing campaigns with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
  • Score leads, map journeys, and collaborate with sales for handoffs
  • Drive MQL-to-SQL conversions through nurture programs


Required Skills & Tools

  • Strong knowledge of 

    Google Ads

    Meta Ads

    LinkedIn Campaign Manager

  • Proficiency in 

    Google Analytics GA4

    Search Console

    SEMrush

    , or 

    Ahrefs

  • Hands-on experience with 

    email marketing platforms

     (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo)
  • Working knowledge of 

    CMS

     platforms (WordPress, Webflow)
  • Familiarity with 

    basic design tools

     (Canva, Figma)



Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in 

    Marketing

    Mass Communication

    , or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in 

    B2B digital marketing

    , ideally in IT, SaaS, or consulting
  • Experience with 

    lead gen funnels

    account-based marketing

    , or 

    marketing automation

  • Exposure to 

    AI tools

     (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai) is a plus
