Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery, Performance Max). You’ll work closely with the creative, content, and analytics teams to deliver results through a full-funnel performance strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, set up, and manage campaigns on Facebook and Instagram for objectives like Leads, Sales, Engagement, Awareness, and Video Views.
  • Build and refine full-funnel ad strategies: TOFU (awareness), MOFU (consideration), BOFU (conversion/retargeting).
  • Develop advanced targeting using Custom Audiences, Lookalikes, Retargeting, and Behavioral data.
  • Coordinate with designers for ad creatives and write high-converting copy.
  • Monitor and optimize for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and engagement metrics.
  • Plan and execute Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns.
  • Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and ad copy creation.
  • Design campaign structures including SKAGs, Responsive Search Ads, and Smart Campaigns.
  • Implement audience targeting, demographic filters, placement exclusions, and bidding strategies.
  • Set up and optimize Conversion Tracking, Google Tag Manager, and Event tracking.
  • Track and analyze performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and third-party tools.
  • Continuously A/B test creatives, headlines, CTAs, landing pages, and ad formats.
  • Monitor daily spends, pacing, and performance KPIs.
  • Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Manage setup of Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and Google Tag Manager.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in managing Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of campaign metrics: CPL, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
