Sr. Graphic Designer

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual direction of our clients' brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, excellent design skills, and the ability to mentor junior designers.

Responsibilities:

• ⁠ ⁠Develop and execute high-level visual concepts for advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (print, digital, social media).
• ⁠ ⁠Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and other creatives to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• ⁠ ⁠Design and layout visual elements, such as typography, graphics, and photography.
• ⁠ ⁠Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and technologies.
• ⁠ ⁠Present design concepts to clients and internal teams.
• ⁠ ⁠Ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.

Requirements:

• ⁠ ⁠3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an advertising agency.
• ⁠ ⁠Portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design, branding, and advertising.
• ⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• ⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and composition.
• ⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• ⁠ ⁠Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.

Nice to Have:

⁠ ⁠Experience with motion graphics, UI/UX design, or digital media.

⁠ ⁠Knowledge of coding languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

⁠ ⁠Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Bitrix,Trello, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
