Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage design projects from concept to final execution.
• Create engaging visuals for web, social media, print, and brand campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain brand consistency and continuously raise the standard of visual quality.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and creative direction.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and strategic design thinking.
• Deep understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and branding principles.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
