Job Title: Technical Helpdesk Intern Location: Mohali, Punjab Experience: Fresher (0 to 6 Months) Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and motivated Technical Helpdesk Intern to join our team. You will assist in providing IT support to end-users, troubleshoot technical issues, and gain hands-on experience with a variety of IT systems and applications. Key Responsibilities: Provide IT support via phone, email, and team chat. Assist with Active Directory (2012, 2016, 2019) management and troubleshooting. Troubleshoot issues related to Windows 7, 10, and 11. Resolve network printer, scanner, and hardware-related issues. Support Office 365 setup and maintenance. Document service requests and resolutions using helpdesk software. Requirements: Basic knowledge of Active Directory and computer hardware. Familiarity with Windows 7, 10, and 11. Good communication skills and ability to handle client inquiries confidently. Basic understanding of Office 365 (preferred). Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
