Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven
Digital Marketing & Social Media Expert
with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to lead our online presence, drive engagement, and boost brand growth across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is data-savvy, trend-aware, and skilled in crafting compelling content and campaigns that convert.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, carousels, videos)
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and viral content to keep the brand relevant
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and build community
Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Set up conversion tracking, A/B testing, and audience segmentation
- Optimize campaigns for ROI, CTR, CPC, and lead generation
- Manage monthly ad budgets effectively
Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals
- Write captivating captions, scripts, and ad copy
- Collaborate with designers/videographers for high-quality visuals
- Repurpose content across platforms (e.g., blog → reel → carousel)
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and platform insights
- Deliver weekly/monthly reports on KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, ROAS)
- Identify top-performing content and scale winning strategies
SEO & Email Marketing (Bonus)
- Basic on-page SEO optimization for blogs/landing pages
- Assist in email campaign setup (newsletters, automations) via Mailchimp
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have (2+ Years Proven Experience):
- Managing business social media accounts with proven growth/results
- Running paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads)
- Using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite for content creation
- Analyzing performance data and creating reports
Technical Skills
- Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
- Social media scheduling tools
- Basic video editing
Soft Skills
- Strong copywriting and storytelling
- Creative eye for design and branding
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with excellent communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years in digital marketing/social media (agency or in-house)
- Portfolio or case studies showing real results (follower growth, ad ROI, engagement)
