Job Title: Digital Marketing ManagerLocation: [City, State or Remote] Job Type: Full-time Experience: 2-5 years Reports To: Marketing Head / Director Job Summary:We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead all digital marketing activities and campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers. Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. Manage and optimize company websites, landing pages, and user experience (UX). Track and analyze campaign performance, website traffic, and customer engagement metrics (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights). Develop content strategies and supervise content creation across platforms (blog, social, email, website). Handle paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute campaigns. Manage digital marketing budget and ensure campaigns deliver maximum ROI. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing. Run A/B tests and analyze results to optimize digital strategies. Drive lead generation and nurture leads using marketing automation tools. Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience (2-5 years) in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role. Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Email Marketing, CRM tools. Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar). Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar is a plus. Certification in Google Ads or HubSpot/InBound Marketing is a bonus. Preferred Tools & Platforms:Google Ads & Google Analytics Meta Business Suite WordPress or other CMS SEMrush / Ahrefs / Ubersuggest Canva / Adobe Suite (basic design skills) Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Sendinblue)
