Job Description

Role Overview The Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel campaigns to drive sales, leads, and brand awareness. This role combines creative marketing with analytical decision-making to deliver measurable business outcomes across paid and organic channels. Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.). Track, measure, and report campaign performance metrics daily and monthly. Optimize budget allocation across platforms based on real-time data and ROI. Work closely with the creative team to develop ad copies, visuals, and video content that convert. Digital Marketing Strategy Develop and execute the brand’s digital marketing roadmap (SEO, SEM, email, content, social media, influencer marketing). Increase traffic, engagement, and conversions on Havintha’s website and e-commerce platforms. Oversee organic social media strategy, content planning, and influencer collaborations. Build and manage the email marketing funnel for retention and remarketing. Ensure consistent brand messaging aligned with Havintha’s natural and herbal identity. Analytics & Optimization Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools to track and analyze campaign effectiveness. Monitor and improve conversion rate optimization (CRO) on landing pages and product pages. Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and engagement rate. Identify trends and insights to scale high-performing campaigns and eliminate underperforming ones. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2–6 years of hands-on experience in digital and performance marketing. Proven success in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads with measurable ROI. Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Excel. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Creative approach to content, branding, and storytelling. Excellent communication and project management skills. Preferred Skills Knowledge of Shopify/E-Commerce, email tools, and automation tools. Familiarity with influencer marketing and affiliate marketing programs. Understanding of SEO, SEM, and website CRO techniques. Passion for wellness, herbal, and eco-friendly products.
