Role Summary
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who can lead multi-channel campaign execution, collaborate on compelling content, drive web and digital asset creation, and deliver data-driven insights. The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller, exceptional communicator, and analytical thinker who thrives on building impactful digital experiences that drive results.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Content Execution
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across web, email, social, search, and webinars.
Collaborate with content and marketing teams to produce relevant, high-quality content tailored to target audiences.
Build quarterly and annual marketing plans informed by objectives, audience insights, industry trends, and past performance.
Web & Digital Asset Management
Partner with design and web teams to create engaging digital assets, landing pages, and website enhancements.
Ensure digital experiences are aligned with campaign goals and brand standards.
Analytics & Reporting
Manage end-to-end reporting and performance measurement across channels.
Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics to derive insights, optimize spend, and demonstrate ROI.
Regularly communicate results and recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership.
Lead Management & Funnel Optimization
Qualify inbound leads to ensure alignment with ideal customer profiles.
Support and manage the creation of pitch decks and proposals in collaboration with strategy and subject-matter experts.
Subject-Matter Expertise
Develop deep understanding of one or more of our key service lines to build relevant messaging, narratives, and campaigns.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing or demand generation, ideally in a B2B tech environment or as a founder.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Highly analytical mindset; comfortable working with numerical data and performance metrics.
  • Experience executing multi-channel digital campaigns and collaborating closely with design and web development teams.
  • Proven ability to measure digital performance and optimize for ROI.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools.
  • Energetic, proactive, and collaborative team player with a relentless focus on achieving results.
