Key Responsibilities Strategic Development : Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored for B2C, B2B, and B2D markets. Experimentation and Optimization : Initiate and manage SEO efforts, web experiments, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve user acquisition and engagement. Performance Marketing : Launch and oversee demand generation pilots, assessing their effectiveness and scalability. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Data Science, Product Growth, Web and Design teams, and the broader Marketing organization to align strategies and share insights. Vendor Management : Identify, onboard, and manage external vendors and agencies to support marketing initiatives. Data-Driven Decision Making : Analyze data to inform strategy, prioritize experiments, and allocate budgets effectively. Required Skill · Experience in Digital marketing or content marketing. · Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Search Console. · Proficient in marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, Ahrefs, Yoast, etc. · Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, email marketing and social media. · Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
