Job Summary

We are seeking a result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage client campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in performance marketing, social media strategy, SEO, content, and client communication — ensuring measurable ROI and business growth for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies for multiple clients.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to define marketing objectives.
  • Plan and allocate monthly budgets across channels like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and influencer collaborations.

Campaign Management

  • Oversee end-to-end digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, SMM, Email, WhatsApp, YouTube, etc.).
  • Track campaign performance and ensure achievement of KPIs (traffic, leads, conversions, ROAS).
  • Manage paid ad campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

Content & Branding

  • Coordinate with the creative team to develop engaging content, graphics, and videos.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
  • Suggest innovative ideas for promotions, seasonal campaigns, and viral marketing.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor, analyze, and report performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools.
  • Prepare monthly reports and actionable insights for clients and management.
  • Recommend optimization tactics based on data-driven insights.

Team & Client Management

  • Lead a team of digital marketing executives, designers, and content creators.
  • Communicate regularly with clients for updates, approvals, and strategic discussions.
  • Ensure on-time delivery and quality output from the marketing team.

Key Skills Required

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console).
  • Deep understanding of social media marketing, content strategy, and digital trends.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience with automation tools, email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Zoho, HubSpot), and CRM.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certification pre

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
