Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ETPL’s comprehensive digital marketing strategy across SEO, social media, Google Ads, and paid campaigns.
• Lead brand awareness and lead generation initiatives for our solar projects, sustainability campaigns, and technology services.
• Manage the company’s online presence through creative content, email marketing, and data-driven campaigns.
• Oversee and mentor a growing digital team to deliver high-performing marketing campaigns.
• Monitor analytics to track ROI, optimize campaigns, and prepare performance reports for management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align digital strategies with company goals and upcoming solar projects.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media strategy, and content optimization.
• Strong analytical mindset with familiarity in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to strategize and execute brand campaigns for B2B and B2C sectors.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the

  renewable energy or technology sector
