�� What You’ll Do:

· Plan and execute innovative digital campaigns to boost school admissions

· Develop strategies for lead generation, data collection, and parent engagement

· Work closely with our in-house designers to develop compelling creatives for ads, posts, and campaigns

· Manage and optimize campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube

· Analyse data to improve campaign performance and drive ROI

· Handle parent floating through digital outreach and retargeting

· Lead a team and coordinate with school leadership on campaign goals

�� What We’re Looking For:

· Minimum years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in the education sector)

· Expertise in SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, Analytics, and CRM tools

· Strong copywriting and communication skills

· Creative problem solver with a growth mindset

· Excellent campaign planning and team leadership abilities
