DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Planning, briefing, development & implementation of digital marketing strategy / campaigns across digital media.
• Understanding how to use all research and lead generation tools available including Internet sources such as social and business media.
• Developing a digital marketing resource with combined skill sets across all areas of digital including SEO, content production, PPC, retargeting, email marketing, affiliate marketing, online PR, quality link building, social media advertising, social media campaigns, online bidding (at different platform i.e., Upwork) and conversion optimization.
• Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization.
• Learns about third-party services, such as lead capture system and compliance tools and begins to utilize to improve lead generation strategies for assigned lead campaigns.
• Serves as the first point of contact for assigned clients; escalates complex issues to other team members; resolves issues if within scope of authority and growth of understanding about lead campaigns.
• Attends assigned client meetings to gain understanding of needs and campaign initiatives; takes the lead in developing project plan; reviews project plans with marketing management; executes some elements of project plan as assigned.
• Ensure partner’s branding, copy, and other creative specifications remain current; escalates issues to management and participate in resolution of issues.
• Analysis and presentation of digital marketing results.
• Achieve effective web-based marketing that allows the business to generate new relevant leads.
• Deliver campaigns on time and to a high standard.
• Improve performance through reporting & analytics.

Requirements:

• Upto 3 years of relevant design experience
• A clear understanding and hands on experience of digital marketing channels, techniques & tools including (but not limited to) PPC, SEO, social media, Email Marketing, Bidding, Affiliates & search engine Analytics (i.e., Google, Yahoo, Bing etc.)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Good interpersonal skills to develop relationships at all organizational levels
• Good oral and written communications, a good command of the English language and ability to provide clear communications among all stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and cope professionally with changing priorities.
• Understanding of customer segmentation
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease
• Experience working with external agencies also and managing the creative process through from briefing to implementation
• Experience managing on-page for websites developed on different technology i.e. different CMS (WordPress, Magento etc.), HTML, .Net, PHP etc.
• Experience with all major testing metrics i.e. A/B testing
• Understand page optimization techniques to achieve desired speed
