Job Description

The Hotel Marketing Manager is responsible for promoting the hotel and attracting more guests. You will be tasked with planning and managing advertising, social media, and special offers to increase bookings and improve the hotel's brand image. Your main duties will include planning marketing activities to promote the hotel, creating and posting content on various social media platforms, managing the hotel's website, collaborating with online travel websites, creating advertisements and offers, organizing events and promotions, engaging with media, travel agents, and influencers, monitoring guest reviews on platforms like Google and TripAdvisor, preparing marketing reports, tracking results, and managing the marketing budget wisely. To excel in this role, you should possess good communication and creativity, have basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media, demonstrate the ability to plan and organize marketing activities, exhibit teamwork and leadership skills, and ideally have knowledge of the hotel industry. A qualification of MBA or PG in Hotel Management is required, and more than 4 years of experience in hotel or tourism marketing is preferred. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work.,
