DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER (HOTEL)(MALE ONLY)

As the Hotel Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for promoting the hotel and attracting more guests. Your primary tasks will involve planning and managing advertising, social media campaigns, and special offers to increase bookings and enhance the hotel's brand image. Your main duties will include planning marketing activities to promote the hotel, creating and posting engaging content on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, etc., managing the hotel's website to ensure it is up to date, collaborating with online travel websites like Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, etc., developing advertisements and offers to attract customers, organizing events and promotions, engaging with media, travel agents, and influencers for hotel promotion, monitoring guest reviews on platforms like Google, TripAdvisor, and responding when necessary, preparing marketing reports, tracking results, and managing the marketing budget effectively. To excel in this role, you should possess good communication and creativity skills, have a basic understanding of digital marketing and social media, demonstrate the ability to plan and execute marketing activities, exhibit teamwork and leadership qualities, and ideally have knowledge of the hotel industry. A qualification such as an MBA or PG in Hotel Management is required, along with over 4 years of experience in hotel or tourism marketing. This is a full-time position that requires your physical presence at the work location.
