DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER (HOTEL)

The Hotel Marketing Manager role involves the responsibility of promoting the hotel and attracting more guests. Your main tasks will include planning and managing advertising campaigns, social media activities, and special offers to increase bookings and enhance the hotel's brand image. You will be expected to plan various marketing activities to promote the hotel effectively. This will involve creating and posting engaging content on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, etc. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the hotel's website and ensuring that it is regularly updated. Working closely with online travel platforms like Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, etc., to maximize the hotel's online presence will also be a key part of your role. As the Hotel Marketing Manager, you will need to create compelling advertisements and attractive offers to entice potential customers. Organizing events and promotions within the hotel premises will be crucial in driving guest engagement. Building relationships with the media, travel agents, and influencers to increase the hotel's visibility will also be a part of your responsibilities. Monitoring and responding to guest reviews on platforms like Google, TripAdvisor, etc., will be essential to maintain a positive reputation for the hotel. You will also be required to prepare marketing reports, track the performance of various initiatives, and manage the marketing budget efficiently. The ideal candidate for this role should possess good communication skills, creativity, and a basic understanding of digital marketing and social media. Strong organizational abilities, teamwork, and leadership skills are also important. Prior experience of more than 4 years in hotel or tourism marketing is preferred, along with a qualification of MBA or PG in Hotel Management. Knowledge of the hotel industry would be an added advantage. This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at the hotel location.,
