Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager – Real EstateKey Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:
  • Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans to generate leads, drive website traffic, and increase property visibility.
  • Align strategies with real estate sales goals and market positioning.
  • Lead Generation Campaigns:
  • Design and manage lead generation campaigns through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns to target homebuyers, investors, and commercial clients.
  • Website & SEO Management:
  • Oversee the company’s website, ensuring it is SEO-optimized, user-friendly, and updated with new listings and content.
  • Implement SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Social Media Marketing:
  • Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to promote listings, events, and brand awareness.
  • Develop engaging content strategies and track performance metrics.
  • Email Marketing & CRM:
  • Create and manage email campaigns for property promotions, client nurturing, and event invitations.
  • Segment databases and use CRM tools to automate marketing workflows.
  • Content Creation & Management:
  • Work with content creators, graphic designers, and videographers to produce marketing materials such as videos, brochures, blog posts, and virtual tours.
  • Highlight key property features, project updates, testimonials, and market insights.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track KPIs such as cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI across all digital channels.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and adjust strategies based on data insights.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team:
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and ensure smooth lead handover.
  • Provide sales enablement materials and market intelligence.
  • Brand Management:
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Strengthen the company’s online reputation and manage online reviews.
  • Competitor and Market Research:
  • Monitor competitors' marketing activities and stay updated on real estate trends.
  • Use insights to adapt and improve marketing strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
