Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), leveraging luxury automotive sales experience. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for premium/luxury residential or commercial projects. Drive end-to-end sales cycle – lead generation to closure. 2. High-End Client Relationship Management Build and maintain relationships with HNIs, NRIs, corporate clients, and investors. Offer personalized property presentations and walkthroughs, replicating the luxury experience from the automotive industry. Create tailored pitches based on client lifestyle, preferences, and investment goals. 3. Team Leadership & Performance Management Lead and mentor a team of sales executives; track performance through KPIs Train team on high-touch sales processes, customer engagement, and objection handling, especially for premium real estate buyers. 4. Luxury Experience Selling Apply the consultative sales approach learned from Automobile to real estate—focus on experience, not just the product. * 5. Market Intelligence & Competition Analysis Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings in luxury real estate. 6. CRM and Reporting Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, leads, and deal stages using CRM tools. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership. 7. Cross-Industry Collaboration Leverage existing network from the automobile industry to tap into a similar clientele for real estate. Provide feedback to management on pricing, amenities, and positioning strategies. 8. Brand Alignment & Positioning Ensure the real estate brand aligns with the expectations of luxury car buyers in terms of service, product quality, and customer journey. Represent the brand at high-profile events, expos, and luxury forums.
